Happy Half Birthday, Elsie!
Elsie is six months old today! It's hard to believe that half a year has gone by already. We had a mini celebration (which mostly consisted of party hats).
She also had her six month checkup today. She is 27 3/4" tall, which is the 98th percentile (!) and 16 lbs 2 oz, which is the 55th percentile. The pediatrician said she was very sociable, as she "yelled" frequently during the visit. It's her latest thing; we think she's just trying to be heard over Owen! This was our first time seeing a new doctor, since the ped we had since O. was a newborn decided to stay at home with his kids while his wife went back to work. We were pretty bummed, but like the new guy so far. Ray in particular appreciates that he's a bow tie wearer.

Happy Half B-Day, Miss Elsie!! Is that an amber teething necklace she's wearing? I always wondered if they work. Regardless, it's cute!
Elsie has to be the prettiest little:) girl he smile will melt all the boys hearts some day!! just some thing to look forward to how come O didn't have a hat?

Owen had a hat, but didn't want to wear it. You just never know with that kid!
Cheryl, it is an amber teething necklace. Jury's still out on whether it's actually helpful or not. She started sleeping a lot better right after we put it on, but it was also the end of a growth spurt, so she may have slept more anyway. :)
Nice shirt, Owen! :) I love the red hair it appears Elsie has. Wish I could see you all more.
