Elsie's birthday banner, modified from this tutorial. It reverses to brights for when she's too cool for Valentine's Day themed parties. ;)
The birthday outfit: Emmy dress and modified Candy pants from Ottobre 1/2008 (I think. I'll double-check the issue later.)

Elsie's got the best clothes EVER. Thanks for being so prompt about the pictures. Nice evening here with your parents, Sarah. Thanks for bringing them to this neck of the woods.
I googled sarah and elsie to see what came up because I wrote a story for a fiction class about a woman named sarah who had a daughter named elsie. I also wrote one about a man named ray, based on ray bradbury. Kind of a weird coincidence that those names are 3 of the 4 names in your family!
