Holiday Crafting
Every year I plan about twelve billion Christmas projects and complete a small percentage of them. This year was no exception. :)
Elsie's stocking, from the same pattern as Owen's. No pattern details, because it's an awful pattern that I would not encourage any one else to use. I would've used a new one if I didn't want them to match. Next year I'm making them for Ray and me also. I should probably start them now....

A blanket for O. Poor kid opened the bag and said, "Fabric?! Mom's fabric?!" He likes to cuddle with it now, though.
A tam for my niece Rachel from this pattern. Flower is from Knitting Over the Edge. Needless to say, it was much cuter on her than our lion cookie jar.

Flax heat therapy bags scented with lavender for two friends who are also my workout buddies. :) Flannel on top with velour on the underside.
Knit earrings for my sister. Those were a first for me and very fun to do! Normally I wouldn't do anything with beads in the car, but when you're always working on things at the last minute, sometimes you just have to suck it up. :)

A Gratitude Wrap (PDF here) for my secret pal on Ray's Dad's side of the family. I really love these prints; hopefully she did, too!

Christmas 2008
Owen was very excited about Santa and Christmas this year. Here he is putting out milk and cookies for Santa.
Santa brought Owen Lincoln Logs.
Elsie was excited about getting books and having Mom read them to her.
